1. Warranty Overview

2. What Is Covered

We review warranty-related concerns on a case-by-case basis and work closely with homeowners to understand and address reported issues.

If you notice something that requires attention, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. Our team will review the situation and help determine the appropriate next steps.

3. What Is Not Covered

Certain items may fall outside of warranty support, including normal wear and tear, routine homeowner maintenance, damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or circumstances beyond our control.

If you are unsure whether a concern qualifies for review, please reach out to our team. We are happy to answer questions and provide guidance whenever possible.

4. How to Submit a Claim

To submit a warranty claim or service request, please complete our online form and provide as much detail as possible.

Helpful information includes:

  • Photos or supporting documentation, if available

Once we receive your request, a member of our team will review the information and follow up as needed.

5. Emergency Procedures

If you experience an issue that presents an immediate safety concern or could result in significant property damage, please take appropriate action to protect people and property first.

For emergencies involving fire, gas, electrical hazards, flooding, or other urgent situations, contact the appropriate emergency services or utility provider immediately.

After the situation has been addressed, please notify DEZ Development so we can assist with any necessary follow-up.
